What is better than dark chocolate with a hint of sea salt? Dark chocolate and sea salt - with seaweed in both. This combo pairs two of our most loved products: Arctic Seaweed Salt and Dark Chocolate with Sugar Kelp.

Use the salt exactly as you would use any salt, and get a rounder, deeper umami along with it. That is the hand-harvested winged kelp doing its work.

The chocolate is Ghanan, made by chocolate master Craig Alibone, with our own Lofoten sugar kelp folded through it. Dark, tangy, and not quite like anything else.

A good gift for making someone's ordinary Tuesday a little better. Works just as well on yourself.
