Where do orders ship from?
- Norway and countries outside the EU: from our warehouse in Napp, Lofoten.
- EU countries: from our warehouse in Sweden.

In the EU, orders over €60 ship free with Untracked Post. Orders over 1.5 kg are too heavy for Untracked Post, so they ship free with Tracked Express instead.
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and start when your order ships.
When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 2 business days. When your parcel leaves us, you'll get an email with tracking details. Untracked Post has limited or no tracking.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
- Norway: no, your order ships from Lofoten.
- EU: no, your order ships from our warehouse in Sweden.
- US and Canada: no, we ship duty paid. Duties and import taxes are covered, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
- All other countries: your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs authority and paid by the recipient.
My parcel is late or damaged
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a few days of the delivery times above, or arrives damaged, email us at post@lofotenseaweed.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
