Seaweed Tagliatelle combines authentic, traditionally made Italian pasta and organic, hand-harvested wake from Lofoten. Crafted with the finest flour and fresh eggs, the delicately textured surface allows the pasta to absorb sauces easily, whilst the natural flavour-enhancing properties of the kelp highlight the dish’s other ingredients. This unique seaweed pasta combines the best of two worlds. Hand harvested, organic wake  from Lofoten, with the finest handmade tagliatelle made in Italy according to traditional methods.
