The Luxury Box holds our loved Ocean Truffle Salt, our Arctic Furikake and Dark Chocolate with Sugar Kelp: the three most indulgent things we make in one box.

Ocean Truffle Salt is made with sea truffle, a seaweed that tastes of white truffle and oysters, with garlic and pepper notes underneath. There is no other seaweed quite like it, and it does remarkable things to eggs, potatoes and in butter or oil.

Arctic Furikake is a Japanese-style sprinkle: seaweed with marinated sesame seeds and puffed rice. Great on avocado toast, on rice, in a salad, or over a fried egg.

Dark Chocolate with Sugar Kelp is made with high quality cacao beans from Ghana by chocolate master Craig Alibone, with pieces of tangy Lofoten sugar kelp.

Sea salt 85%, truffle seaweed (Vertebrata lanosa) 15%.

Organic wakame (Alaria esculenta) 50%, puffed rice 25%, sesame seeds 25%.

What is Ocean Truffle?

Ocean Truffle is our name for sea truffle (Vertebrata lanosa), a small red seaweed we hand-harvest in Lofoten. It isn't a mushroom: the name comes from its flavour, which is remarkably close to real truffle.

What does Ocean Truffle Salt taste like?

White truffle and oysters, with notes of garlic and pepper underneath. It's at its best on eggs and potatoes, or stirred into butter or oil.

Which allergens are in the box?

Arctic Furikake contains sesame, wheat and soy, and may contain traces of lactose. The chocolate contains soya and may contain traces of milk, almonds and hazelnuts. Ocean Truffle Salt is gluten-free and vegan.

When do I need to order for delivery before Christmas?

Order by 16 December for delivery within Norway (PostNord) and by 12 December for the EU. For the rest of the world, delivery times vary, so contact us if you're unsure and we'll help you find the best option.
