Ocean Truffle Salt tastes of white truffle and oyster, with garlic and pepper underneath. There is no other seaweed quite like it, and it does remarkable things to eggs, potatoes and anything with butter in it.

Arctic Furikake is a Japanese-style sprinkle, seaweed with ume sesame and puffed rice. Good on avocado toast, on rice, in a salad, over a fried egg.

Dark Chocolate with Sugar Kelp is Ghanan chocolate from chocolate master Craig Alibone, with tangy Lofoten sugar kelp infused into it.
