The Fish Lover's Box holds Lofoten Umami, Arctic Seaweed Salt and Algae Pearls, packed in our gift box.

Built for the Christmas cod and the New Year's scallops - and for any fish and seafood dishes made the rest of the year too.

Lofoten Umami is winged kelp, dulse, sesame and real Lofoten stockfish, dried in the sea air the way it has been done here for a thousand years. A Japanese-Norwegian sprinkle that belongs on white fish.

Arctic Seaweed Salt is Norwegian sea salt with hand-harvested winged kelp through it. Salt, with something more underneath.

Algae Pearls are our answer to roe, made from smoked wakame. Heat-resistant, and they keep their colour and their pop - on a scallop, on a boiled egg, on top of the fish soup.
