Smoked Seaweed Salt is Norwegian sea salt with winged kelp cold-smoked over beechwood. Forget liquid smoke, this is the honest version.

Smoked Seaweed Flakes are that same kelp on its own, so you can put the smoke exactly where you want it: in the stew, through the burger mix, into the rub.

Viking Seaweed Salt is new this year: sea salt with dulse, winged kelp and smoked kelp together. Wilder and saltier, and it belongs on red meat.
