Seaweed Muesli Chocolate Bars

Sweet, nutty and lightly savoury, these muesli bars are an easy everyday snack with a subtle twist. Arctic Ocean Greens add a gentle depth of flavour and natural minerals, while peanut butter and oats keep them satisfying and energy-rich. Perfect for taking on the go, from hiking trips to busy days at work.
Instructions:
- Mix the rolled oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and Arctic Ocean Greens in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan or microwave, gently warm the peanut butter and honey until soft and easy to stir. Add the vanilla extract, then pour over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined and evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined dish or tray. Press down firmly into an even layer, making sure the surface is compact so the bars hold together once set.
- Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top, spreading it into an even layer.
- Place in the fridge to set for around 2 hours, or until firm. Remove from the tray, slice into even bars, and enjoy.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
